"There has been a problem!" Message

Every time I post a message i get the following message appear on the page after I click the "Post..." button:

There has been a problem!id="size3">

Sorry! We have flood control activated.

You cannot post within 60 seconds of your last post.

Please try again after this period of time elapses.

This happens even if I have not posted anything for days. The post does however appear to post perfectly, as far as I am aware.

As far as I can tell, this particular post came here flawlessly, as you can notice from me replying... []

I guess this means you have to wait 60 seconds after you posted a topic to place another one. But if it hapens EVERY time, even on the first post you make that day...? [?] I nevr got such messge before so I don't know the problem.

Does it happen when you open a new topic, place a reply on a existing topic, or both? [] Very odd...

It seems to come up almost every time I make a post regardless of whether I open a new topic or place a reply on an existing topic.
