Mfu 03 euro

The mfu 03 euro manual says you can get slow illumination on demo 3 but it don't tell you how to set it can someone please help me thanks

Put the 3 way SELECT switch in the up position on the control panel. Turn power switch to On. Hold down LIGHT SWITCHING once (approx 2 seconds) for slow flash of all lights, Hold down a second time for slow flash of all lights individually, Hold down a third time for fast flash of all lights individually.
