Not sure if that is TA0 (zero) or O (letter) I believe it is numeric.

Anyway - I kind hit on this project in my intro but I will start a new thread just for it. I found this in my attic, it was my son's; along with several other RC's. this past summer he said "toss it all, old stuff" but I didn't. Instead I have ended up breathing life back into them, or at least close; many older ones and some parts and pieces are hard to find. This particular one is a Chevy S10 TA02T Chassis. Attached are a few pictures of how I found it. The camo stuff is duct tape from body damage.

In my intro post I must have mentioned something about using marine grease on the gears and one of you suggested I remove it and use a synthetic grease, so I did that today. However, on the front main gear where it is metal gears inside, I did mix the synthetic and marine grease to make it a medium thickness lubricant.

BTW here is a line up of what I dug out of the attic and have been working on - except the Stampede (blue one) and the Horizon boat (orange one) - those I have purchased the last couple years for my grandson. Who is the one who got me to dig this other stuff out.

I am missing the inner rear hub nuts and pins - which I have ordered them online from Hong Kong, but they are blue ones, also ordered some missing screws, and washers - we'll see if they ever show up, may have been a monetary donation. The red inner nuts and pins are somewhere in that attic, I am confident - because he'd have had to had them to operate it. Not sure what possessed him to take it apart, but he did. I am missing, and cannot find, the brass step down bushing for the rear upper shock mount, Tamiya assembly number MC6 and Tamiya part number 19804471 - if anyone has one in their parts bin, I'd try to make a deal. Other than that, if my Hong Kong parts ever arrive, I should be able to get this dude running.

Sounds like you have the parts pixies living in your attic as well. They live in my house too, and steal small components from cars that were put away in full working order...

I have the opposite problem (parts genies?); I order and re-order parts because I forgot I already had them, leaving me with many 'unplanned' spares. I wish I could just send you a couple hex's and pins, but shipping them would be expensive to say the least.
