Thanks! It seems like limited options to get that part tight then since its a big machine screw that goes into the plastic and after a bit, just spins around.

You can try CA-glueing a wooden toothpick into the hole and then try again.

Also - it is a little more time consuming but, fill the hole with a JB Weld mix and once it is dry, drill it back out, metal screws going into plastic should be self-tapping.

To be honest, after 11 years in the hobby I'm questioning how much time I have left on the planet vs. how much material and equipment is in the house.

I could keep building, but to what end?  I'm thinking about downsizing/selling as other priorities are becoming more important.
