Sand scorcher Scale engine doesn't fit

Hello,

 

i bought 2 scale Engines and none of those fit.

 

The first one has a to wide width.

 

 

The second one would fit, but the exhaust is too narrow.

 

 

 

Do i need some additional Parts?

I want to keep that Cage....

I've cutted somme groves into the fake Engine.

Now i can squeeze it in.

Dors anyone has an idea for the second engine?

The exhaust is to narrow. Can you bend the 3D printed resin?

Were the two exhausts already moulded into the engine or were they separate and glued on?

They are moulded in....     ...i thought

But they are screwed on!

I installed the Engine in the wrong scorcher btw

 

 

 

I installed the Engine in my Herbie Scorcher. It's a much better fit.

 

 

But for the second engine i have to shave 2/3 of the Back and can't install it centered and with ony one exhaust.
