Avove is the widest i can go(lnl rear RS500 wheels)

Also the wheel dia looks to big for the archs too.

What im thinking  about is to fit Pan Am, F1 type wheels but before i go a head and buy some I would to see if anyone from here fitted The supervan to there TT02 or other,Or other options for wheel?

Thanks

I would have thought that hpi vintage wheels would suit nicely.

The five spoke in matte, come in 0 3 and 6 offset.

Is this going to be a racer, basher, or a shelfer?  If you don't care for performance, RC4WD do a deep dish wagon wheel.  This is super-fat (you might have to hunt around for some 31mm tyres - IIRC some Porsche kits used these on the rear, although I forget which ones) and will push the wheels right out.  The downside is they are heavy (they are all steel) so will ruin the high-speed handling.

Another option is MST drift wheels.  They do a variety of wheels with adjustable offset.  They are design for drift tyres but they should be a standard 1.9 bead, so regular 26mm touring tyres should fit.

If you wanted to go smaller diameter then you could go with M-chassis wheels.  Usually these don't have a deep offset, so the width again would be an issue.  One compromise could be the rear wheels from the TT01 race trucks, which have quite a deep appearance, fitted with M-chassis tyres.  AFAIK M-chassis tyres fit on race truck wheels.  You may still need a wide hex to push the wheels out.

Possibly the perfect option, if you can find them, is HPI Vintage wheels and tyres.  They do a deep 31mm wheel in chrome, black or silver.  You need to get the matching HPI 31mm Vintage tyres, the inner bead is a larger diameter than the outer so normal tyres won't fit.  These would probably look perfect on that truck.  I'm not sure if they're still in production, so you might have to hunt around for a set.

I can confirm the truck race tires on M wheels.

70 mm outer diameter. You would need to widen with extension.

It's the 934 Porsche family and 911 GT2 Porsches that use 31 mm wheels/tires in the back. Both of those are pretty hard to get AFAIK these days.

As for the MST adjustable offset wheels, I bought a set to try out. They are indeed 1.9 size, and touring tires fit them fine, but I think they're too delicate for normal (non-drift) bashing. The rim is super thin, and on anything rougher than a linoleum floor they may crack eventually.

Plaza Japan has them in stock, and at a great price to boot. The p/n is 50549 for the 31 mm wide-mesh wheels and 50547 for wide slick tires (includes sponges).

The wheels are two-piece and can be built with +2 or +10 offset depending on which way you fit the 2 pieces.

@HillbillyRacing as mentioned above those Tamiya two part rims are great, the trick will be finding a hub / cap design that you think works with the van. I’ve seen gold mesh (50548/50549), black mesh (eg  54794) white 5 spoke (19803166/50673) black five spoke (eg 54854). You might not find all of them in the 30mm width but could always buy an extra set of the 26’s to get the hubs you want. There’s also the red gloss five spoke 26mm in various offsets (54551/54552/54553)

Not sure about this. The original ford supervan had very small diameter but very wide wheels, so if the look of the real version is what is wanted, I think the OP's thought about using f1 or group C rubber tyres would be ideal. Only problem is that they have a different wheel fitment front and rear, and neither is the same as on the TT02, so you'll have to get adaptors of some kind to get them to fit.

Glad that I saw these pics as I was going to order one of these bodies. Tires and wheel look to be a headache. Maybe cut off the fender flares?

Recently bought some 20mm hex extenders for my CEN monster truck and they work great. They work on any 12mm hex car/truck etc. They come in 15mm, 20mm and 25mm widths. As seen below. Iirc I was £8 for them off eBay. 👍
