Ceramic Gear Grease

Recommended Posts

Rumors say that Labelle 106 Micro Grease Lube w/PTFE 1/2 fl oz tube HH is perfect to replace the ceramic grease on plastic gears, rumours says its better than the nib Tamiya ceramic grease so i would like to try it.

My problem is getting those to Norway without  paying far to much for shipppng on Ebay (for the most part shipping us expensive on ebay), RC shops only sells those small overpized 4g boxes and i do not know wich are the good ones, or the standard Tamiya ceramic grease.

Any suggestions for othee types that are just as good as Labelle 106 ? or know a RC shop with decent shipping price to Norway that has it?(did not find it in any RC shops myself).

Its a good deal on RC-Mart but i could only find Tamiya Ceramic Grease HG 10gr, is this a better one?

How are the bike shops up there? The high-end bike industry is all over ceramic lubricants, but the prices can sometimes reflect the market position that these companies aspire to.

You might see if you can order a Sram product called Jonnisnot shifter grease. It's nice and light, but still slick, and can go a long ways with minimal application. Comes in a nice precision application syringe.
