if so, how about making a radio box to check on/off so that you can chose if you want a copy or not - like on eBay when you ask a seller/buyer a question?

And what about a red/black on/off button, or better a radio button with the switch cover []

well, yeah, I actually meant radio button, and come to think of it, the right term for the ones used on eBay is check boxes (square), but when they are round, they're called radio buttons (thnx raemin).

..and when they come in the odd shape with the resemblance of a spaceship from an early Strak Trek movie, made of clear faded plastic, often missing the top half, if not most likely to have a half moon burned into the lid on the right side of the two stars that are on the top, it's called a radio box[] - I'll never have them confused again, promise![:I]
