How do I make my Mini RWD?

Apologies if this has come up before, or if its stupidly obvious but I wondered if its possible to convert my Rover Mini Cooper Racing to RWD, and if it is, does it make it nicer to drive?  Its a bit boring understeering everywhere with FWD.

i know there's a 4WD conversion available for the M-03, but RWD would be pointless (from Tamiya or any other companies point of view) why not just get an M-04? very cheap nowadays.

Put the body on the other way round. The rear wheel steering will certainly make it less boring.
