I used to race in National competitions but i am not so serious about that anymore due to an lack of time and practice. I also fly airplanes and the occasional chopper or boat. I use an TRF model for club racing and the Dutch Tamiya Challenge (of witch i am one of the organizer).
My first Tamiya was a Madcap many many years ago, around 1997 I got into racing (Tamiya Euro cup) with an TA-02.
I currently ouwn some vintage Tamiya's and got an XR-311 chassis as an project.

I have my own buisness (Ted's RC shop) and customers are happy to find i know more than a little about the subject of radio control models.
