I first got into the R/C hobby when I was about 12 years old. I had made some money from cleaning windows and I wasn't exactly sure what to spend it on. I was browsing on ebay one day and I noticed there was an R/C section. I went through and thought to myself 'This is the hobby for me.' At the time I couldn't tell a Tamiya from a Tyco and wouldn't know how to install radio gear or anything. I went for a safe bet of a 1/14 nikko mitsubishi evo 6 RTR from a guy with good feedback. It came and I was hooked! When you look around my showroom you may notice I do not have many on-road cars. This is because in the area I live I am miles away from a decent flat surface. I had to go for an off-road car. My first was a Tamiya super hornet.

Update.

At around the same time Tamiyaclub introduced it's subscription fees, I decided to come out of the hobby.

Needless to say, due to the hobby's adictiveness I had to come back to it. I've spent a while getting some cars together, finally paid my TC subscription, and updated my showroom, with more cars to follow. Enjoy.
