Hello everybody!

My name is Sebastian, I live in Hamburg and was born somewhere in the mid 70s (just in case someone is interested in that stuff). My RC 'career' started with building static models because my father did that but sooner or later we all are looking for more fun, aren't we? In thge mid 80s I had my first contact with RC models in form of airplanes but I dreamt of a Tamiya Frog because I saw the Tamiya ad in a german model magazine (KIT, if someone knows that). I was fascinated and brooded for years what 'No Guts no Glory' on the rear wing could mean ... Later I discovered the Grassshopper, Hornet or the Wild Willy. I always wanted to have one of these cars but my parents thought that it would be a better idea to spend the money for a 'real' hobby ... The airplanes.

A few year later I decided to do with my hard earned money what I wanted to do: I bought my first RC car - the mighty Manta Ray! Again I saw the advert in a magazine and my decision was clear: I got to have one of these! A few weeks later I received my first real RC car ...
