My current collection consists of 2 M chassis cars, the Alfa Romeo GTA and a Fiat Abarth 1000 TCR. I was especially interested in the Abarth 1000TCR as I owned and raced a Berlina Corsa in my twenties. I had entered a number of auctions and finally won a NIB Corsa in January. It was still sealed in plastic and I almost didn't want to open it. I have since completed the model which I painted to match my race car. The most fun was duplicating the numbers and details on the car such an Abarth Register sticker that was on the windshield of my race car. I used AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create the numbers and details for the car. The Alfa was a completed car which had all the hop-up options and came complete with 2 body shells. My original intent was to use the M04 chassis with an extra Abarth body shell I have. The M04 chassis being rear engined (so to speak) was perfect .The wheelbase unfortunately, was too long although I might try to modify it.
