My story is pretty common. Always wanted Tamiya RCs when I was younger but couldn't afford them. Ended up with a used RC10 so my childhood wasn't entirely miserable. Lost interest in the hobby for a couple decades. Recently decided a hobby would really improve my general outlook on life. Ended up getting a Tamiya Lunch Box in September of 2012 and have had so much fun assembling, painting, bashing, and cleaning it (well, not so much cleaning it). This hobby makes me happy.
