Bought got my first car, a Boomerang, in 1986 at the tender age of 10 and have just started collecting them.

I recently bought a nib Honda S2000 as I have a real life S2000 and thought it would be cool to have a R/C model of it. I have built it and sourced another bodyshell which I plan to paint in blue and yellow Spoon colours.

This rekindled my love of Tamiya models and I'm now planning to collect the old models, mainly the buggies, purely to keep and display, and restore my Boomerang to it's former glory. I have just bought a nib Madcap to start things off, I will probably build it as I'm more interested in building the cars and keeping them new than running them.
