Hi,
I have been interested in R/C cars, planes, boats since the age of 8 years old! I am now 22, and I am mostly interested in electric Tamiya cars and small electric helicopters.

Why electric only? I hear you ask, well I have always had I/C planes and I have had one I/C car which I had for about 3 years. I just prefer using electric as the models stay in much cleaner nicer condition and are more serviceable in the long run. A worn out engine is the end of a model car due to the fact it costs almost as much to get a new engine as it does to buy a new car! but with electric a new 540 motor is hardly going to break the bank is it!? The other main advantage to electric racing is once you have everything, racing your car is free, there is no fuel to buy, just the electric to charge the batterys! ; )
