I first got into radio control cars in the mid 80's starting with the Mini Hopper then the Jet Hopper then to the Grasshopper then to the Hornet and Boomerang with my older brother. I always spent my pocket money on the Tamiya guide books when new ones were released each year and drooled over the Avante but then even more so when the Egress was released ( My fave 4wd Tamiya ) Also drooled over the Astute. Then started buying Radio Race Car International and Radio Control Model Cars magazine with my pocket money and then found out about all the other brands and loved looking at the crazy colours and paint jobs on these racers cars. Also loved going to the store Beatties and looking at the new rc models they had in stock always hoping to see the Egress but never did. That TV they had on the counter playing Tamiya promo videos was always on :) I like raw modified racer old school rc cars with crazy paintjobs and neon colours...I'm not a box art standard guy. My fave cars and i have them all are the Egress, Super Astute, Top Force Evo, Schumacher Cat xls / Procat, Yokomo 870c, YZ-10 94 and the Kyosho Lazer ZX-R. I also love LMP Pan Cars and i have the Schumacher Eclipse 4. I hope to upload pictures of my cars in my showroom in the near future as i have been viewing this site for many years but only as a guest. This is my fave rc site on the internet.
