Ebay ID:bioman
I have a Ph.D. in biochemistry and have been working in the biotech industry for the past 5+ years. I grew up buliding Tamiya WWII models. I always found them to be of superior quality. I received my first Tamiya RC from my brother-in-law (Terra Scorcher) in 1991. Not long after, I picked up a Blackfoot. I had the typical break of the A5 front end piece that sidelined my driving for a while. Recently, I got back into it. I found some replacement parts here in this forum and have put the car back together. I picked up a Boomerang in pretty nice shape and have begun restoring that. I have always been a kit fan and hope that Tamiya will continue to put out things of interest. I recently picked up a Mad Bison (my first nitro) on ebay and also the new Rising Storm. Hopefully, I will find the same quality that I have enjoyed in the past. My son is only 3, but he already is enjoying 'helping' me when I tear the cars apart. Look forward to many days of driving with him.
