Hello, I really like the Tamiya cars. Maybe I collect RC cars since I have born :-) Even it I haven't any large collection. It costs lot of money, and that's little problem. First time I've started with RC cars generaly was my planing my own project. It was around my 13 years. The building was to hard for me, and in that time (1989) the market was opened (after 40 years of communism era). So, my first "reachable" aim was Monster Beetle QD from Tamiya. But first car I have bought was Robbe Klack racer (Kyosho Raider Arr in German modification...) Terrible body from Robbe, but it was a combo with radio system for good price. After rebuilding (especially body) and improving (home made stabilisator set and damper holders) was it quite elegant car. Then, when I started high school, I have tried one season to race. During summerjob I had earned some money and bought Lazer ZX-Sport. It was nice car. But in that time I had deciding also between Avante 2001 for the same price. Now I'am little scared, that I didn't buy it... Because this hobby was to expensive, I completely interrupt RC car in my live. After many years in 2000 I started once again. First I have bought the Academy Road Runner (Tamiya Hornet in licence) for my brother, than I bought Wild Dagger, Juggernaut II and Losi XXXT. In this time I have only Juggernaut and Losi. The car, I would have is: Egress (Vanquish or Avante), or Top Force (evolution), or SuperSabre buggy. I'm waiting and wishing. It's only what I can do now...
