A short teaser video of my only just finished Wild One project-car. It drives like a dream and I couldn't resist showing you some action. I will definitely feature in more vid's in future, but first the weather will have to get more photogenic. Quality is not the best, grey and gloomy out again...

Sorry, this is a Flash movie. - You don't have flash installed.

That is awesome. The shocks just seem to soak up the terrain. Do you have your own camera crew? Been following this build and either you have 72 hours in each day or a lot of time on your hands as you knocked out in a couple of weeks what would take me 2 years! Makes me want to finish my Wild One that was destined for the shelf and run it!
well done mate. thanks for sharing.

Very nicely done. What camera do you use with that sort of good quality slo-mo, and do you have a device that enables you to follow the car at ground level, or are you just really good friends with a super strong midget?

Dirbee

2-Feb-2011

@SteelRat: Yeah, the latter. That would be cool... [Click here] to see how it's done... The camera is a Casio Exilim EX-FH20, capable of hi-speed footage at 210fps (used in this vid.) 420fps and 1000fps. Sadly there's less pixels in the higher framerates, so the quality is also slightly less. And as with most photo/film material, you get the best results in bright sunshine. Check out my other vid's iff like...

@Meakz1973: Yes, the most work was indeed done in about two weeks, in the evenings an hour here two hours there. But I have a couple days off now so I scrambled to a finish and spent, particularly the day before yesterday, the whole day on it to finish the interior. I can tell tell you I had a sore back from hanging over that workbench, fiddling around with tiny brushes and such Build it and run it!! It was meant to run!!

@JWeston: Music is the song SOULJACKER by EELS. @Everyone else: Thanks guys, nice to read such great comments.
