This is a video my mate Ed put together of my Astute getting some track time after the completion of a recent race meet. Eds Kyosho Maxxum and Kyosho Ultima also get a run in this video. Given this wasn't formalised racing, just a post race testing session, there is a heap of traffic including Short Course Trucks and modified buggies getting around. The focus is not always on the Astute, but you always know when it's going past....it sounds like a jet! :-) It was sporting a little bit of battle damage in the video, with a piece of the rear wing ripped off during earlier racing. This has since been fixed. ;-)

Great Vid, it's a rare event to see an Astute running! Your handle really well and seems to turn on a dime. What kind of set up have you on the car?Have you Hi Cap shocks on it?

It has a Jamie booth conversion and yes, hi-caps all round. I have added some extra weight to help with the steering and I'm very happy with element of it now. Check it out in my showroom.

Nice, some of the earlier shots look a bit like an ant colony in all the traffic going in a line. I have to buy some of those alloy D1 parts now so I can enjoy my Astute runner.
