Cheers for the car Nokemyster, really love it. Had it out today with a Supersotck TZ and mtronics ESC in, only problem was is that the steering arm broke, but it ran like a dream before this! LOL! I’ve now bought it an 11turn ESC for the Pink Motor.

I love the Bit Char-g cars, although I am going mad buying them at the moment. Im going to try and give it a rest though until I go to America in October and see what I can pick up there. Thanks for the post Jozza, Ive picked up some good tips from your profile, getting a twin detonator soon, and need to split my esc, thought it must have been possible.

Thanks for that. Its in two halves at the moment after quite a harsh thrash, but we have to do these things. I have all the bits to fix it, just been preoccupied with other projects.

Yeah let's hope the insurance company aren't members of Tamiyaclub!!! lol Thanks for the comments guys it makes all the stress of the project seem worthwhile. In case you are wondering what stress could be involved wait until you try and source wings and horns to fit a monster beetle when the country has been over run by kids in their search to become legalised beggars for 1 night in October believe me I think I visited every Tesco in the area to get all the stuff I needed :-s lol Don't forget to vote for me when the votes open I really want that Midnight Pumpkin, it was to be my next purchase but can't afford it now I have to rebuild the house from the ashes ;)

Sorry, I dont do decals, its black and brushed metal for me, a bit of a theme on most of my cars ;-) I have a weird aversion to stickers on things, so they are the first things to get ripped off when I buy a car. LOL. I like to run all my cars, waste of time having theme if I dont, once you get one scratch you may as well go for it and get a few more LOL

I had a real one, 1973 1300, but had to let her go as she needed some real restoration work and I moved into the city centre and no where to store her. So she has gone to live with my Niece and passed on my welding gloves. It was only right as she was her Mothers car before I had her. BTW, she is called Mindy.

Nice Car! You got back into them the same way I did. I dug my old MB out of my Dads Garage and decided to do it up to flog, well that was about 5 years ago and I acquired many other Tamiyas since then! LOL! I finally sold the MD this year, it was heart breaking!
