Remember that the second steer axle doesn't turn as much as the front one!! Just thought I'd mention it, as I owned a twin steer truck for a while.

Novak 4.5 is in!!
Corpse Thrower

Body fits on ok, the fan is under the body, sucks air from the gap between the chassis and body. At the moment there is a bulge because of all the wiring on the ESC side, shorten the wiring and it will be perfect (I don't want to do this). There is a bigger bulge in the body on the other side because of the servo plugs poking outside the chassis line. This is only because the reciever is too big. Otherwise, no problems, the body will go on and sit correctly.

Sand force....top scorcher???
Corpse Thrower

Tyres are put on temporarily. It needs longer axles, I tried the Frog ones but I think where the dogbones are different. I have to find some suitable axles. Can't really lower the body any more otherwise the whels might hit the body when suspension is compressed :(

Clod bod on mr lifto!!
Corpse Thrower

Tamiya should release this....with the MFU pounding out some supercharged big block Chev noise (hehe...imagine that!!), this would be a great kit. They could include flame masks, mod one part of the body (the front panel), sort out the mounts, box art, and Presto.....another kit. Do it, Tammy-wammy....and put me down for one.

Corpse Thrower

Flames were a stencil set for a Lexan body, joined up over the bonnet with masking tape. The glue from the stencil stayed on the paint and I spent a whole night with polishing compound and my finger rubbing it off!! It gave a very smooth finish though....both to the paint, and my finger!!
