Thanks rhenbelz, luckly this one is the unit with bearings!! one problem I came across is I could'nt get the diff apart, it almost looked as if it had been glued/locked up. Any idea's on freeing it up??

The rear bumper is the only part with instructions, it looks like its mounted quite high up with the need to cut away some of the body shell.
