What amazes me is that in the 1st 'approach' pic, one bottle holding up the ramp is leaning: In the 2nd pic, it has fallen over as soon as the car hit the ramp: But in the 3rd pic, as it sails blithely into the aether, the bottle has miraculously righted itself! (Somewhat.) A Christmas miracle in March, to be sure.1-Apr-2009

Thanks gents! The functional headlight buckets are pieces of the end of some cheap cigar tubes I'd bought. Cigars were a bit harsh, but buckets were worth it. Thank God I can now machine buckets, my lungs are saved! Bumpers were made from plain Al. tube, kinda going for a custom 'california' look.1-Apr-2009

Der Munchkin is cool! You went a lot farther on it than mine. The CVA/3rd shock sure makes sense, nicely done, as well as the WWII wheels & tyres. Gotta make me some Alloy wheels for these one day & 86 the yaller plastic..1-Apr-2009

Crash, I always wondered how a rig would look if you could get a chromed body & shoot it w/transparent red: The ultimate candy finish? The nuts were one of my 1st products when I started my little biz, Rogue Element Components, a few years back. I'll be doing parts within 90 days or so again once I get my own CNC mill & a lathe, may do more Spikey nuts?3-Apr-2009
