Hi love these trucks, I restored one ages ago, not keen on paint stripping can mark the plastic. Used fine wet and dry and Cellulose Stopper Putty to take out any marks then primer and rubbed down again befor the main colour. It was worth the time for a nice smooth finish. You can see the jugg in my showroom.
Hi, Thanks for the comments, for those that have asked how this was shortened, cut through the chassis with band saw just rear of the battery holder.Glued and bracketed the joint with alumminum inside the chassis. Shortened the drive shaft and redrilled, its made a very strong joint. Still can't make my mind up to what wheels i want to put on it. The body shell belongs to my chrome blackfoot got a new blackfoot extreme on its way.
Hi looking good
