Rims decisions for my alltime fav... - please help
_miga_
Try to find some deep dish BBS look. Paint the center black, and leave the lip chromed (alu-polished). Hab' sowas in Schweighofer gesehen - auch gelb - sieht stark aus!

Thanx guys! It feels really good to read all your comments! I am glad to earn your appreciation with my first model presented on TC. I will post some more pictures of my shelf queens shortly - just want to take some good pics. Now I am really thinking to do that retro Gulf thing. I need another f103 for putting on HPI De Tomaso Pantera - but it would need some widening on the rear axle - similar to some Cudas posted on TC - I think it would come out nice. I would be glad if someone would use the idea - it's not necessary that I would do it first. Maybe has someone a chassis laying around, not knowing what to do wit it... :) Thanx again!

The hull is 1m long - so I think it can be sailed in IOM - but don't know the exact rules. Scale?
1/24 - 1/20 something.... I have to check.

Congratulations! She really is sweet! We have two girls - 1,5 & 4,5 y.o., and yes, modeling has been put aside since they were born, so we're in the same club mate!

Link type f103 chassis
D-Drive Sports
Great job! Here's another idea: Brabham BT52. My favourite F1 car overall - also nicknamed 'the tiny dancer'. Man, would I like to see this car as RC. I think your chassis would be just perfect for it. Keep up the good work!

WOW - another 70' icon! I just love this baby! I planned to fit it on the F103 chassis like my Ford GT, but just can't get the time to do it.
Just like Trevan said - stick the wing with a double sided tape - it will hold on for the sheel and won't dammage the body. The color is kinda retro - it looks good without the wing too, but I think it would come out good in combo wit those rims. Congratulations on that!

Nice NIB - on my wish list too! I would totaly dig the new Focus too, since it is my 1/1 everyday ride - and it's not a stockie :)

Oh, yea... ...I know this chassis. Bought it as a Robitronic. Material like butter. Went to race it and it ended in pieces. Bought TA05 and after 3 years it is still race capable. This chassis sereves as the 'body stand' for my Quattro right now. It is the only job it does fine!
Nice Trueno and others! Good job! Got to like the B&W paint scheme on these cars!

Stunning - I had a 1/1 E30 until last year (not M) - a timeless peace of automotive history. I had this baby in my hands a few days ago, but have put it back to the shelf in the local shop. I'm takin' it with me the next time. Guess I'll need them decals... You two have done a GREAT yob. Hats off!
