nice collection, very specific. i think the TA chassis is when tamiya reached a different level. more race-mod oriented. they always had the most detailed bodies and with the TA they had a fully upgradeable chassis to sit them on. the three piece component format (front-tub-rear) was a key element. this was the first tamiya chassis i had where i was able to adjust camber/castor.revolutionary..

thanks all. i would love to claim that years of artistic skill and knowledge let me to this, but nothing is further from the truth. it seemed the more i screwed up, the better it looked. then i realized i was trying to make a mess, so messing up was ok. you don't know till you try!!

it is painted from the inside. i used an air brush and a paint brush. alot of people have asked about the process, so i have a cooper body that i will do soon and i will take pics of the steps i used.
