Cool piccys, I particularly like the paint scheme of the red/white MB (profile pic). Am in the process of trying to design my own MB colour scheme.

Funny enough, I have kinda been doing just that. In the Tutorials section on TC someone has left this cool idea of how to quickly try out Beetle designs using a blank outline of MB shell. Has been really handy. Have tried out loads, hopefully one will stick!;)

My ad-hoc sand scorcher attempt.
Gripper
Yes, I have used Meccano (or at least a very similar pseudo version anyway!) Its very versatile I find for R/C use. It looks quite good too.
Thanks kstar for the tip! (spent many a hour trying out designs on your pictures).
Glad people like the paint scheme, I'm rather chuffed now! : )

Blackfoot collection...
Cooltoys
I have an original BF. I'm not familiar with the other versions of the BF which came out after, but notice the rear trailing arms on the blue truck (with Pepsi sign). i'm wondering, Is this an after market hop-up on this one? or is it super blackfoot parts?. You have some nice trucks btw, & this blue one is the best;)

B.M.T.
This is awesome!) If you don't mind, I'd love to copy those wheel set ups you have created, they look great and would look perfect for my Monster Beetle. Please could you tell me, Do the rims need any type of adapters to fit on this Original Blackfoot? (I assume its axles etc. are stock parts?)
Any info much appreciated, regards.
