Where did you get the 53 decals from? Also what colour did you use on the body? Thanks
My third one
The certainly are, although this is pretty cheap compared with what some of the cars I've owned throughout the years. There's no way I will part with this one again though as I just can't find anything to beat it for sheer fun!
I think I remember the Big Bear, I'm pretty sure my friend had one.
M-02 beetle with a nice surprise - now in restored
That's a very similar paint job to the one on the mini body that came with my M01! Why do people try and paint polycarbonate bodies with the wrong paint?!
Red and white mini with lights
Thanks for all the comments, given some of the really impressive mini's on here I'm amazed mine's been viewed so many times!
My third one
I did think of the Bush Devil chassis, but it's a little too bright for my taste. I'm waiting for some funds for a new speed controller now as I managed to do something very, very stupid with the old one (remember kids always check your wiring before connecting batteries to anything)!! When I've got some skin back on my fingers, some free time and a nice sunny day I'll get around to sorting out the new chassis and electrics.
Back in the day......
Lovely little car! I had one of these 'back in the day', we only used to race with 4 cells though they were still pretty quick (and hurt if your foot got in the way - one floored me whilst marshalling). Great exercise too since we had to lug the carpet and wooden track boards from an out building into the main hall. I love the fact that it really was genuinely cheap racing and great fun. Shame there aren't any clubs running these near me any more.
Another body designed by me
I love it! Straight into my favourites.
Lotus jps 79
Love the retro look. Would look great with gold wheels.
That is so cool! It'll look fantastic in Gulf colours - I can't wait to see it!
Needs finsihing off - new built but semi-project
That looks in really good nick. I had one of those from new back in the '90's, great little car and the body can take quite a beating without a lot of damage (unlike my old Mercedes). I'm in the middle of sorting out my shed at the moment, if I come across the cockpit set I'll let you know - I'm pretty sure I painted it silver.
Skyline gtr road car replica
The R32 was THE skyline IMHO. That body is crying out for a nice cockpit and lighting kit. :)
Lovely car! Best handling body I ever had, sadly it's now departed to the great race track in the sky. Funnily enough I managed to wear out a hex wrench too.
Rothmans rover mini
Nice to know I'm not alone in rushing through a paint job in 3 hours. I think my all time record was about 90 minutes on a standard WRC Subaru for a customer. Ended up having to paint it in the toilet at work as it was the middle of December and raining outside.
Super knight k.i.t.t with microphone
Cool, I never seen anything like it. Does it still work?
Trf 415 msx - now sold
They are awesome cars, although you do really need to throw out the one way to get the best out of it.
Porsche shell in gulf livery
I found some Gulf stickers on everybody's favourite auction site for under £10. I think they were intended for a Mardave Ministock, but they should work just as well on your Porsche.
The JPS colours always look great.
The asian vanessa
Awesome! Love the first picture, it'd be great if you could re-create her on the side graphics as well. Now you've got me thinking that I need to buy a Lunchbox! One day I'll have the time (and money) to do a Gunsmith Cats GT500.
Tamiya original goods - tamtech backback
Nice, always good to see Tamiya accessories that I didn't even know existed.
Wish my real stang looked as sweet as my model rc
I just wish I had a real GT350 :(
(Would prefer the GT500 though - not the Gone in 60 seconds one although if one was offered to me I wouldn't say no! I love the old blue with white strips for the 500). All you need now is an interior and some nice lights.
