Heard loud and clear! But first I will find out exactly what I have been buying over the past few years. Too many good intentions, not enough finishing! I have the Ferrari 330 P4 aswell, should look good together.

You are correct futureworks - the Mansell era - the geezer with the bushy moustache! What a great driver he was. Back to the important matter of Tamiya. Both of these were blurry photos on ebay - my instinct was to put quick motors in each and enjoy the thrill of potential destruction at the slightest of wrong turns! But I can't do that to these - they are just good models. They make great desk ornaments. As they are light they hang very well from a wall also.

I actually get a real kick out of finding just the right location. My local uni has 8 hard surfaces for sports - as long as they are not being used and either early am or late pm there isn't any problems. I have had quite a few 'kids' wanting to know what they are. Makes me feel very old.......

It's a gem for sure. I'm going to leave this one out in a glass case for a while - its a waste not too. Out of direct sunlight though and away from my kids...!

Thanks for the comments. I have all the original parts that have detached themselves over time..... A good clean and return to as it was when new is in hand.
