Hi kontemax, Yes you're correct. I've changed them since the photos were taken, I have the Hi-Cap Damper Spring Sets 53053 & 53043 with soft, medium & hard springs, The photos show the soft springs but now its fitted with the hard ones, So ride height greatly increased.

Hi kontemax. Thanks, I will check out the Fibre-Lyte website. I was considering the Astute front bumper anyway and was wondering if it fits the Madcap chassis... maybe someone in the TC has one for sale?

Thanks SpZero & Crash Cramer, I'm so glad you guys approve, it's taken me many years of looking for Hop-ups across the globe, Europe, USA, Canada, even seeking out old Tamiya model shops while in Tokyo... I'm pleased with it and it's super fast too, it's more than I could have ever dreamt of or afforded as a teenager when I first got it back in 1989!
