I race at Ayr Model Car club and at the Scottish Off Road Championship nationals during the summer
New paint scheme
I was going to but then I bought a Hobao H2 Pro and made it in mid motor configuration instead, I still run the B4.1 in the wet or low grip conditions tho because I prefer the way it handles when it gets slippy.
I kinda like it, it's got a cool post-nuke vibe going on
Both now sold
I'd be really tempted to paint the rising fighter up in Hornet colours and take it racing.
Sand scorcher barn find model by lowlski
Wow that's utterly amazing. Great job on the weathering
58060 monster beetle
Wow! Very shiny
Replica of my original tamiya falcon
The Falcon was my first introduction to proper R/C cars and racing and will always hold a special place in my heart. I wish I hadn't sold the one I had to buy whatever it was I wanted back when I got rid of it. I think I'm going have to get myself one as my next project
I got one of these for my Christmas one year, from what I can remember it wasn't too bad a buggy although I remember that the bodyshell was some sort of really brittle polycarbonate that would break if you even looked at it the wrong way. That said I loved it and even raced it at my local club for a while. Wish I knew what happened to it although I suspect it got thrown out when we moved.
That's lovely, I love outrigger hydros. I'll bet it goes well.
How to weather your pumpkin
Awesome, I've used this technique on some of my model tanks, I'd never thought about doing it on an rc car before. I wonder if it could be adapted towwork on a lexan shell?
Thanks, it's not perfect by a long shot but I'm happy with it so far
T-bucket 1/8 scale rc car os fs 20 new video
That's utterly amazing.
My comp part entry
Nice looking collection you have there.
Well, here's a non-box art one!
That's awesome, top job :)
Dualsky rr- brushless motor + builtin esc - experimental!
That's really cool, have you got any more info on it or a web link maybe?
Old school futaba
Futaba M series with what appears to be the guts of a Spektrum DX6i installed? Very cool.
Optima mid custom special
That's a great find, I'm currently in the middle of rebuilding and restoring my custom special that I used to race back in the late 80's/early 90's
Gotta love the Thundershot, it's definitely one of the best looking cars Tamiya have ever produced
That's gorgeous, you've done a great job on it.
