That's great! I actually just posted my very first TC forum post yesterday on the *Postman Brought Me* thread; I picked up a used TL-01, spares, and a new Subaru body for a tear down/re-build I am getting ready to start. The TL-01 was my very first Tamiya (actually, it was my very first hobby grade r/c), so I have a particular fondness.

@MAD-BEE, yes, couldn't agree more. I've built many Tamiya RCs, but this is the first of the classics. Definitely a different experience - and very enjoyable.

@Tamiyastaf, ah yes, that makes sense now that I think about it. This is my first foray into the DT-02 world (though I do have a Sand Viper hidden away for a rainy day). I'm excited about the build. It'll be something new for me - and since it's definitely going to be a basher, glad it's on the simpler side.
