Thanks @Killajb , the tires are like rocks and the MSC balloon is petrified because it basically stood still in time since the original owner built it decades ago.

Thanks @mtbkym01 , I also have a re-release as well as a Black Edition to build. Matter of fact, this one will likely be put up for sale because I have an early release white bodied MB in box that I stumbled across a year after finding this one.

@rjg1973 Yes, they appear to be the stock wheels with holes, but painted gold with 'spokes' in-between the holes.
