Stu, I had the same one! this is from the time lego was simple...nowadays they cast every kind of shape to make a model...with the old kits/parts you had to be really inventive to make a nice car.Once made a 4x4 car with 3 diffs and independant suspension, motivated by a lego train motor and steered with a small motor, remote (wire) control was done with the transformer for speed and pushbuttons for steering....aahhhh good old days...thanks for putting these pics up!
