Hi all, this is actually not my car..it belongs to a very very nice chap called Howard wooster.
Howard asked me to fabricate an alloy rollcage for his mini, and i must admit i have never been a big fan of these cars but since howard sent me his i have changed my mind...I love it!!!
well after many hours of fabrication i'ts finished and thought i would post some pics here on tc for you guys to take a look.
Howard may well be known to many of you on tc , to me he is just one of the greatest guys, i have long email chats with him and he is just a true gentleman and i am honoured to have him as a friend...
Howard i hope you like it....all the best john...

Thats great work there with the cage. Makes a boring chassis look more like a real car chassis.

wow...once again superb thanks for all the kind remarks left by you guy's,
@mad zero...well as alloy goes it's pretty light and with the battery so close to the floor i can't see it being a problem and i am pretty sure with all the hop-ups howard has on this one i dont think he will be running it.
thanks

If you can make a roll cage that GOOD! I think you should be looing at expaning that to a hole chassis as well made from the same tubeing. Just Awesome. Put your self out there and make some external cages for crawlers like my mog.

Unlike the tech racing rollcage this will work as a roll cage. I have a couple of the tech ones and they look great but that is it. I would never race with them. But this is bomb prof. It's good to see another m01 with the 4wd conversion. I like those wheels to, they look like alloys.

Every rc vehicle should come stock with a rollcage or at least an after market one.
Very nice job, I love roll cages, I keep thinking of putting one in my truck.
