Hi all this is a nice easy hop up you need is 3mm rod off ebay , ball connectors , 5mm rod ends , 4mm tube from b&q .. you can do this to the front shock tower also ie so you got two did not as i run out of 3mm rod :-0

Yea you can i done it on my pumpkin , monster beelte , bush devil but since i have found this 3mm threaded rod i have gone mad and whatever i can mod on my other cars i have done or will do as i go

I have also used this on steering arms on monster beetle when i mounted the steering servo in the center for better equal steering you can also use the 4mm alloy tube over steering rods for extra strengh also gives it a better look

Think I might do this mod with the steering arms on my TA chassis/s! And the hornet too as the supplied ones have shown signs of bending!

Twinset had a good tip: put a nut on the rod before cutting it - then you can re-thread the end you've just cut with the nut...

yes very good as i just went at it like a bull so when i cut the rod it was all mashed up so had to file the end square again
