I decided to make some outdoor pictures of my Dyna Storm as well if I was out there making pictures of my TRF201... They came out nicely I think :)

I love the looks of this car! The stance is just right... ...It's carbon wheels shining in the sun... ...The aerodynamic and agressive body lines... ...An overcomplicated but cool gearbox... ...FRP Plates for the chassis and shock towers... ...In short: Tamiya's best looking car EVER! TRF201 + Dyna Storm = Happy Me! :)

I'm sorry, but asthetically, the TRF201 couldn't hold a candle to your Dyna Lightning, none of tamiya's 2wd futuristic buggies can. Poise and purpose, function and form, I must have one, I MUST!

Thanks for the comments @Berman: Actually this is not a Dyna Lightning though, it's completely original apart from it's one-off wheels. I am working on my Dyna Lightning at the moment, I need to call Nimrod about some parts to complete it... And then I'll post that one too @Henrikw: I think I will keep it clear, just like the TRF201... Especially when I keep in mind that I have the top carbon chassis plates, and just need the bottom one (which by the way is the rarest) to set this car off from the rest even slightly more. I'm even thinking about having a clear gearbox, gear cover and maybe also motor cover made for this car (using the original shapes, no Nimrod lexan gear cover for example)

Hehe, that's the question you can ask with pretty much every 2WD buggy (using plate style shock towers) - but indeed the Dyna in particular. If I decide to paint it, I want a professional to do it. It's nowadays got the original carbon chassis bits though, and they look rather good showing through the body Perhaps a spare body set will help
