I always wanted one of these Golf Racing kits, because imho the kit box painting is one of the best 'Tamiya-art'. After years of searching I finally got this one a few months ago in very very good condition. The box is only a little bit yellowed. It is complete and the blister packs are still fine. :-)
I will this one keep nib, and enjoy it simply by looking at it.

Very nice..... reminds me of the one I built from a new kit back in the late 80s - early 90s..... although I could never even contemplate that paint job! Mine had (still has!) a light green single colour paint job.... but it went like STINK with the Technigold from my 959!!! Enjoy the kit mate, any way you want to...

Cool, I also have one of these NIB in good nick. You're right about the box art which is amazing and can be admired for hours. Have to say a bit disappointing the model itself looks different but I've seen a few built and you can't help but drool. I also have a Kamtec shell which I'll try to get close as poss to this box art. Nice one, enjoy.
