Old original waterslides...a pain in the ***!!!
Man, some decals came off in 20 pieces...!!!
Because there was no alternative I managed to get all decals off the paper...sort of...
That was a three day job and still it looks not ok...
The pieces that were destroyed were hand painted...not the best way but it looks ok now.
Also the paintjob was very hard (some of those days...)
All in all, it's finished...thank God...
Ok, it looks ok now I made it like the 'finish line car'.

Very Nice Dee, Love all the details you have added and how you painted the damaged decals. A perfect copy of the real car. Great work.

Ha ha! You know. ;-P
The Dodge
Lovely weathering and racers tape. Epic decal rescue aswell Question, how did you get the cooling dishes inside the rear wheels, they are 935 wheels right? I have got the fronts like yours but the rear dishes protrude 4mm even with the back skimmed down. did you machine the wheel centre?
DeeMiller
@The Dodge: yes, they are too 'deep' indeed.
They do not tough the wheel, the diff has to work as well...
