Hi all some pics of an on going project alot to do but a good start! made a strut brace and fitted a black sport motor the front skid plate is from Radshaperc going to fit sand scorcher wheels when done started as a wreck but soon found under alot of dirt a very nice car the tub was undamaged i.e both front strut mounts all good and gear box and body all fine still alot to do. comments welcome not got the original wheels what you think try and find them or go with ss wheels? cheers for looking all

I think the SS wheels & tyres look better than the originals. When I had mine 28 years ago I wanted a set of SS wheels & tyres to go on it

Any electric motor can be made to run in the opposite direction by rotating the end bell 180 degrees.

I tried a hot 540 in a SR in 1982, and it was uncontrollable. Very poor suspension geometry for that much power.
