Here is my brand new 1/16 th MAN 6x6 military ,recovery/supply/transport truck ,towing my self propelled 152 Howitzer.
When i started this project i was looking to build somthing to transport & display my tank i had built some time ago.
The look i wanted to achieve was a solid ,robust,semi-scale ,Tamiya style truck.
It is fully off road capable & engineered to stand up to military type action.
specs:
Tamiya TLT diff housings-rc4wd locked axles & cvd,s ceramic bearings-rc4wd r2d2 gear box-60 t lathe motor-super roster crawler ESC ,custom suspenion & chassis ,every thing is metal except the diff housings ,Bruider cab & winch housing.
Fully working crane -led lights all round ,deck & cab tilts for easy access ,the truck trailer & tank weighs in at just under 9 kgs (fully loaded)

Looks fantastic! if it were mine i`d paint the wheels green too, i haven`t seen army trucks with chrome ones, considering the awsome work you`ve put in to this i think that would finish it

Hi & cheers for the great feed back once again.I knew i would get comments on the wheels ,i just cant bring my self to painting those lovely solid ali rims.I tryed some green ones on ,but the silver just looks better on display with the other silver parts.I may airbrush the rig camo latter on ,maybe i will paint them then ??
