Tamiya did a wonderful job on these lexan Abarth bodysets! It seems I love those classic m-chassis cars most, that’s why I’m really happy Tamiya is releasing most of them again. I still have plenty of them to build soon :). Although just new released, I build this Abarth with an original bodyset on an almost fully hopped up M-02 chassis. It’s my second Abarth. And again no box art for me. As there are already enough box art painted Abarth’s, I went for an alternative Abarth in racing trim. I made a complete custom interior from styrene sheets and a blitzer beetle driver. The rollcage was done with 4,8mm styrene tubes. Making the interior took a lot of time, but I’m glad it came out really well. Hope you like it as well, Comments are welcome :).

That looks amazing. You did an excellent job! I too am a big fan of the M sized cars, and have one of these bodies to build. Must get another one!!! Your color choice is spectacular. Really one of the best I've seen. What did you use for body lines?
