Another experiment this time round using a mixture of solvent & water based paints to see if there were any reactions. I had no problems other than slight paint bleed & a few dodgy paint lines. I'm seriously considering using liquid mask next time to eliminate these issues. I used metallic colours on the bonnet & the doors with solid colours on the front wings & roof. I added a few touches like the lightning effect on the rear & sponsor decal spots on the front. I found that I need to use a brighter white & finer nozzle to create a better look but for a quick try I can see how this could be used to really bring the truck to life. I trimmed the front as per my previous Proline Hardcore shell & painted the headlights black for a sleeker feel. I am enjoying practicing airbrushing techniques & now have some solid plans for the next batch... :)

You have done a amazing job on the paint work. I dont like mixed colours but this looks so fresh. They should make more cars like this, it reminds me of the Porsche 959. More cars like those would tempt me to buy new cars over again. Great work Pal
