Got this one off eBay in a decent shape, it was stripped to the last screw, frame and nearly all metal parts media blasted.
Shell was stripped from 2-3 layers of paint and repainted.
Grill was from a different eBayer, and the Headlights are from a modern Hilux.
I have the interior and the driver but he's missing an arm :-)
Had to reconstruct parts of the side window frame (both sides) as they were grinded down due to rollovers.
The letters on the Tailgate was very hard to get to look OK, I ended up painting them white and then paint them over with blue. Then I sanded the surface of the letters and removed the blue paint on only the letters.... not perfect but OK for now.

Love the Toyota Bruiser -looks great. Do you plan to paint the chassis black?

No, I'll keep the frame in the raw metal. Perhaps I should give it some varnish so it won't oxidize again ?

You can also get it chromed, but I prefer these in black.

Chrome it! I love the way these chassis look chromed out.

Maybe I'll do something to the frame if I get tired of looking at it after I get my hands on a rear bumper and a set of stickers.
Chrome is too much Bling for me, definitely black if anything.
Thanks for all the encouraging inputs.
