Hello everyone. As some of you that know me well know I love black and gold paint in particular the JPS style livery. I have many projects on the go but had a JPS RR in the planning. Whilst on TC the other day I say that Baggey had up for sale via ebay the RR of my dreams already done how I wanted as if he'd read my mind 'don't do it again Jon' Lol. So I bid and won the beauty unfortunately the awesome shell got damaged in transit so for now Jon has kindly sent some pics he took before posting so I can put it in my showroom till we get it sorted. Cheers Jon

This ones definately a beauty, I'm sure Jon will have it sorted soon. Any chance of taking off every other tread on those tyres, they would look amazing. And gold lettering..!!

So much help from fellow members. Wayne is loved by all It looks great mate! Although I'm not sure how well it will steer with unpowered paddles up front. You might be in for one hell of a front end slide in the turns. Stay off the snow, he he he

Thanks for the nice comments guys a nice show of appreciation for Jons work. Well Christian if I hadn't been lazy and done one myself and not been drawn in by the beauty of this As I said to Jon it was really the shell I wanted why couldn't they have broken something on the chassis instead as I have about 30 laying around now so would have been simple. Mark as for the wheels they might go on a JPS scorcher Also I'm thinking the hilux I just did might have to go JPS too

Nice to keep it in the family Jon Simon it is repairable mate but once glued rubbed down etc etc easier to start with a new body as the courier broke it and crack goes through decals It is easy to see though that this was most excellent

Congrats with it, but sorry for the damaged shell! Is it to fix it or need you a new one!

jeffy

23-Oct-2010

It is fixable but would require paint stripping etc so by time you have done quicker and easier to paint a new shell.
