My first attempt at detailing a drivers head
A while ago I got a few detailed heads from Beetlelover, they are outstanding and I wished I could do them justice. I also bought the how to paint them book from James which shows in step by step format how to.
Now my hands arent that steady and my eyesight is awful but I gave it a shot and Im quite happy, the eyes are terrible (although better than I normally manage) but other than that its come out quite well.
So thanks again James, look forward to trying the next one.

I wouldn't worry about any slight imperfections the digital enlargement just makes them appear worse than they actually are. I'm sure mounted in a car it'll look great. Really like the skin tones.

Looks really good to me! I've slowly been acquiring some more colors and hope to crack into a few of my own. Eventually I want one of my heads in every car, that will be a lot of practice! Keep up the good work, will look forward to your next one!
