Copy of the unobtainiam

This is my re re hotshot. It is pretty much a shot for shot (sorry bad pun) remake of my old man's original last season racer (see original hotshot entry) from when i was a kid. I desperately wanted that car when i was younger but the old man wanted to hang onto that one. In retrospect i'm glad he did as it's a new built 3 hole 1st release and is so fragile a good sneeze will see bits breaking on it! So the re re gave me an opportunity to make my own metal green hotshot to drive like its stolen (and i do!). I rather like the Shot in this colour and i can't really imagine doing mine in any other, although some of my mates do call it the snot shot to wind me up. In terms of mods only bearings, a crp front arm brace (not fitted at the time of these photos) and a sports tuned motor, nice and simple for classic running. Comments welcome.
