As i sold my TRF501X World Edition to a friend i thought i must fill the gap with some other high spec TRF Racing buggy. What else could it be if not the world famous TRF511. Lee Martin won the European Championship here in Austria in 2010 with it in the 4WD class and he also won the 2WD class with a TRF201!
This kit is quite rare although it isn´t yet discontinued you must be very lucky to get your hands on one of these fine cars!
Update 24.4.2011: Got a second NIB TRF511 and will run this one with Fredriks diff covers and lipo holders. Also lots of Hop Ups. Bodyset was airbrused by Jon Miller in the UK. Cost a lot but is worth every cent!

For now for display, if i want to run it next year i will probably do, just have to wait for Fredriks Diff covers to arrive.

I beleive this car never came to Australia! I Enquired with a top hobby store here and they said they could not get it from the Tamiya Importer. Try Champ R/C Advisor. I was looking at one when the 502X was announced.
